Customer Advocate I

Under close supervision, uses various platforms to actively listen to customers (policyholders, agents, claimants, employees) to gain an understanding of their needs, clarify information, and offer possible solutions by using knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist customers with, inquiries, complaints, or problems. 
 

Erie Insurance is seeking top talent for our Customer Advocate Role in our Customer Service Division!

There are multiple Customer Advocate roles available.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 11 PM and Saturday 9-4:30. After training, second shift schedules will begin.
Training will occur during the hours of 8 AM -5 PM Monday through Friday for approximately the first 3 months.
 *This is a remote opportunity for candidates in Ohio and Pennsylvania**
**candidate must live 50 miles outside of Erie, PA to be eligible for remote consideration

Customer Service Representative (FNOL)* Some Remote Opportunity

Under close supervision, The First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Representative uses various platforms to actively listen to customers (policyholders, agents, claimants, employees) to gain an understanding of their needs, clarify information, and offer possible solutions by using knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist customers with, inquiries, complaints, or problems.

The First Notice of Loss Representative is a 2nd shift position with a schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM 5 days a week.  As this is a 24/7 customer service center you must be flexible to work Monday through Sunday and holidays.  During the first 3 months of employment training will be 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
